What happens in the demo

Connect GitHub
Nothing is connected yet, so nothing is read. Install the DevSummary GitHub App on your organization. It asks for read access only and never pushes code.

Pick a branch
Four repositories sync, and each one is read on a single branch. fleet-api defaults to develop, so it is switched to main. Pressing Start is what begins fetching commits and running the AI analysis.

Schedule a report
Once that first read finishes, scheduling unlocks. One scope, one cadence, one place it goes: a repository, weekly on Monday at 9:00 AM Kolkata time, emailed out, with three months of past reports backfilled.

Watch it write
Twelve past reports start generating. The numbers are final straight away; the plain-English summaries land as the writing finishes.

Read the report
Every figure comes from GitHub. The report ranks the highlights and tags each by kind of work, then shows commits per day split by type, code added against code removed, and where the work happened.
